  Wow! Talk about provider customer service in an era of notoriously terrible service, I give you a most notable exception. The Sprint Store just off US-131 in Three Rivers, MI. Manager Tony and his crew are willing and eager to help all Sprint customers with their device issues. No excuses like: "you didn't buy the phone here so we can't help you. You'll need to send the phone to Sprint." Tony and Company just give service, courtesy and honesty. Thank you!

  The manager (Tony) is one of the most honest and stand up guys you will meet. He takes pride in the service he provides and you (the customer) are not just a sale to him. Tony and his staff really want to make sure they get to understand your needs so they can get you the best device and service to fit your needs. Tony and his staff treat you like an individual and make the whole process great and you do not feel pressured. If you have any issues with your service or phone the staff are more than willing to help you and go above and beyond to solve any problem.
