  Entering the faculty was a pleasure. So kind and helpful at the desk. The lady, gentleman and the security guard all were very polite. The lady kindly showed me a outline of the number of labs completed/waiting on etc.. with my brother.
  Only complaint extremely long. Close to 4 hours.
  But “better” than it used to be.
