  We celebrated my mother's 75th birthday at A Place in Time. Jessica was GREAT. The set up for the event was GREAT. Everyone had a nice time. My mother was very surprised! Jessica helped pull off the surprise by greeting her at the door and pretending to take her party to their table. THANK YOU JESSICA! This was awesome.
  
  During the set up for the event, everyone was very helpful is setting up the room, providing power supplies and video set up. GREAT JOB everyone!
  
  There was plenty of food. We had a few late arrivals, but Jessica made sure that they were served.
  
  The team was very engaged throughout the event making sure that guests were served, empty plates were picked up, dishes were available for the cake serving.
  
  Overall, I thought that the team did an EXCELLENT job.

  Very disappointed with the management on the day of the event. We were unable to get into the venue the morning of the wedding to finish a few minor details. The DJ was unable to set up until 5:30pm-a half an hour before guests began to arrive. Not enough food for all the guests that we had paid for was embarrassing to say the least. The wine was NOT exactly what we'd ordered-A Soft Red and Pinot Grigio ended up being a Soft Red and Soft White. The full bottles of wine were actually taken off the tables before the guests were able to open them. Their beverages were also removed before finishing and sometimes completely full.
  The night wasn't a total loss however. Our DJ was beyond professional and very understanding-regardless of being mistreated as well. Black Diamond Productions of Three Rivers saved the night and kept the flow going. I recommend the DJ for any occasion! I pray the owners of the venue can learn and build a better business from our unfortunate experience.
